Article 38b MiFIRRequest for information
ESMA may require information, by simple request or by decision, from data reporting services providers it supervises, firms operating such services, their controllers, managers, auditors and advisers, with prescribed content, deadlines and penalties for incorrect or incomplete answers, and must copy the request to the relevant national authority.
