Article 74 MiFID IIRight of appeal
Decisions under MiFID II national rules or MiFIR must be reasoned and open to appeal before a tribunal, including where no decision is taken on a complete authorisation application within six months; public bodies, consumer organisations and professional organisations may also take legal action to ensure the rules are applied.
