Transposition of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II

HM Treasury's consultation on how the UK would transpose MiFID II (deadline 3 July 2016), with draft statutory instruments, including amendments to the RAO, data reporting regulations, and a proposal to move certain binary options from Gambling Commission to FCA supervision. Ran 27 March to 18 June 2015; the government's response confirmed the transposing SIs would be laid, with MiFID II applying from 3 January 2018.
